Call Meeting to Order 6:04 PM

Old Business

Big Ski Move: Update and Plans for 2015 winter season: skis are moved to the 2nd floor of maintenance building, great work crew,  Wrap up meeting with Ski committee and Silent Sports: 209 total borrowers, Committees  set to have 2016 ski program up and running by Dec 2 015

 

Bird City, Algoma Event April 11: Gretchen set up Friends Booth; good speakers but poorly attended

 

Open Fire Ring Gatherings: April 10: Cancelled: Next dates are May 8, June 12, July 10.  Will ask for volunteers near the end of April

 

Crossroads Trail Run:  Everything is on schedule, Added youth divisions and Door County Candyis sponsoring youth awards.

 

Healthy kids April 25 at Y–Coggin will represent Crossroads

 

Sustainability Fair:  June 6:  Friends booth is ready to go–Gretchen has the box.  Gretchen and Susan will set up Friday; Cathy will be available on Saturday.  Members should wear t-shirts

 

Spring Clean Up: Rotary will have a workday on 18th, Friends are invited to help.  May 12 we will

clean (10am) /stain benches (3:00) May 12 (rain date 14), followed by a cookout.  Meat on the grill, Friends should bring finger food to share and beverage of choice.  Since Friends are providing the labor, we are asking board to pay for the stain.  This year’s invasive species clean-up area is from storage building to council ring.

New Business

Volunteer Needs for April/May: 

Brian volunteered to be the greeter on April 29 from 2-3 

 

Helen Collins Memorial:  We will wait for guidance from family

 

Door Prize Drawing:  Cindy won the honey
